<p>Workshops producing electronic parts, precision molds and small machinery usually have limited ceiling height, weak building load-bearing capacity and scattered work stations. Installation of traditional single/double girder overhead cranes requires reconstruction of load-bearing structures, leading to long construction cycles and high renovation costs. The assembled light KBK crane system adopts spliced modular profiles with fewer reconstruction requirements, making it a mainstream option for equipment renewal in small assembly plants.</p>

<p>Henan Huagong KBK crane systems cover load ranges from 0.125t to 5t, with steel and aluminum alloy track profiles optional based on workshop load limits. No large-scale reconstruction of roof main beams is required; the whole set can be fixed with expansion bolts and simple brackets for fast installation. Track length and working stations can be added or removed freely in line with production line adjustments to fit iterative production updates.</p>

<p>The equipment operates with low noise, and travel &amp; lifting speeds can be adjusted in multiple gears. Paired with compact electric hoists, it delivers steady lifting of precision components to prevent scratches or collisions of workpieces. Wireless remote control supports single-person handling of materials at stations for continuous assembly line operation. Dust-proof coatings and sealed electrical components can be equipped for clean assembly workshops to reduce dust accumulation that may interfere with equipment operation.</p>
