Interpretation of Compliance Requirements for Export Cranes to Meet Industrial Standards of Multiple Countries

With the expanding export volume of domestic lifting equipment, different countries and regions have released differentiated standards for industrial cranes, covering structural inspection, electrical protection, matching spare parts and certification documents. If factory configuration and supporting documents fail to follow target market codes, goods may be detained at ports, customs clearance delayed or unable to be put into use on site, extending the whole project cycle.

Henan Huagong Industrial Group has undertaken complete crane export projects for metallurgy and factory facilities across Central Asia and Southeast Asia. We have compiled detailed compliance rules for overseas projects, divided into three parts: document preparation, structural protection and electrical control systems.

Certification Documents: We supply qualified test reports according to export regions, including full-load testing, insulation protection and mechanical property records of materials, together with CE certificates and local third-party inspection papers. Multi-language drawings, spare parts lists and operation manuals are fully sorted for customs and factory acceptance.

Structural Adaptation: Main beams and wheel sets adopt low-temperature ductile materials for cold regions; full machine water-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings are applied for rainy coastal areas; heat-insulated electrical housings and heat-resistant transmission parts are equipped for metallurgy working environments to fit local environmental standards.

Electrical and Limit Fittings Adjustment: Electric control components are replaced to match local voltage and wiring codes. Multi-layer limit devices for overload, travel and emergency stop required by local regulations are installed. Control handles and remote controllers follow local universal operation logic.

All exported cranes, AGV trolleys and metallurgical ladle transfer cars finish full compliance debugging and inspection before delivery, accompanied by multi-language installation and maintenance guides. Our technical team can propose equipment adjustment plans in advance according to export destinations to avoid extra rework costs after goods arrive at ports.

Buyers planning overseas crane procurement may inform us of target countries and factory working parameters. We will provide complete crane sets conforming to relevant standards and full compliance documents to guarantee smooth customs clearance and on-site commissioning.
