01 Main Girder
The main girder serves as the main load-bearing structure of the double girder overhead crane, adopting a welded box-type solid web structure, including normal rail box type and deviated rail box type. The crane is equipped with two parallel main girders with prefabricated camber, which effectively compensates deflection deformation under heavy load and ensures stable operation. The main girder is fitted with maintenance walkways and safety guardrails to provide safe conditions for daily inspection and maintenance work.
02 End Carriage
The end beam is a transverse load-bearing component installed at both ends of the overhead crane bridge. It connects the two main beams, maintains beam parallelism and ensures overall structural stability. Traveling wheels are mounted at the bottom to support the whole crane moving with driving systems. The wheels are made of alloy steel and processed with standard heat treatment for good wear resistance. Matched with three-in-one reduction motors or soft-start motors, the crane realizes smooth start and stable continuous operation.
03 Electric Hoist Trolley
The hoist trolley consists of a trolley frame and an integrated electric hoist unit. Supported by four wheels on the main beam rails, it operates stably during working process. The electric hoist integrates lifting motor, brake, drum, steel wire rope and hook into one compact assembly with space-saving structure. Installed on the rails of double main beams, the hoist trolley realizes vertical lifting and horizontal traveling of goods for crane material handling.
