Features and benefits

01 Main Girder

The main beam of the equipment is fabricated by combined welding of I-beam and U-channel with a stable and reliable integral structure. Both ends of the main beam are rigidly connected with the end beam to ensure high structural integrity and uniform stress distribution. The electric hoist is suspended on the lower flange track of the main beam and can travel smoothly in the transverse direction. A reasonable camber is pre-set for the main beam before factory delivery, which can effectively offset the deflection deformation under full load operation, avoid trolley sliding and hanging object tilt, and ensure stable and safe equipment operation.

02 End Girder

The end beam adopts an integral closed box welded structure or U-channel structure. Travel wheels are made of alloy steel and heat-treated in accordance with standard procedures. It can be equipped with 3-in-1 geared motors and soft-start motors to realize smooth startup and maintain consistent stable operation of equipment.

03 Main Girder & End Girder Connection

The crane main beam and end beam adopt a rigid integral assembly structure and support multiple standardized installation forms, including full squat type, half squat type and suspension type to adapt to different factory spaces and working conditions. All three installation methods adopt precise alignment and assembly welding fixing technology with reliable assembly accuracy and excellent structural integrity, which can reasonably disperse equipment bearing pressure and ensure the overall structural rigidity and operational stability of the crane. The modular adaptive design features strong compatibility and convenient installation and commissioning, as well as easy later inspection and maintenance, fully meeting the long-term stable use requirements of various industrial lifting operations.

04 CD/MD Type Wire Rope Electric Hoist

CD/MD type wire rope electric hoist adopts a mature inline series layout, with the motor and reducer arranged on both sides of the drum. The regular structural layout facilitates daily inspection and maintenance. Equipped with a conical rotor brake motor, the hoist drives the wire rope drum to stably complete heavy object lifting and lowering operations. It supports diverse installation methods, which can be matched with a traveling trolley to run along the I-beam track, or fixedly installed for simple hoisting and winding work. Featuring classic structure, stable performance and wide application scenarios, this electric hoist delivers excellent practicality and cost performance.
