01 Main Girder

It adopts boxsection lightweight structure with widened and thickened lower flange plate. The electric hoist travels directly on the lower flange, which helps reduce vibration, resonance and operating noise, and delivers good performance under longtime heavyload working conditions.

The legs of electric hoist gantry crane adopt boxsection welded steel structure with optimized mechanical design. Customized leg height and section size are available according to span, lifting height and site working conditions. Legs are firmly connected with main girder and end carriages to ensure smooth operation. Compatible with different rail gauges and travelling mechanism, suitable for outdoor yards, precast factories and steel stockyards for longterm field service.

The base beams of electric hoist gantry crane adopt welded boxsection steel structure, which is stably assembled with the bottom of supporting legs. According to the overall span, load capacity and rail foundation conditions, the section size and connection form of base beams can be customized. The base beams bear the load transferred from supporting legs and assemble with travelling mechanism and wheel sets to distribute stress during operation. Standard mounting interfaces are reserved for convenient onsite assembly and commissioning. It is compatible with various rail specifications, widely used in outdoor yards, precast factories and steel stockyards for longtime outdoor operation.

04 Electric Hoist Complying with FEM/DIN Standards

The electric hoist is designed and manufactured in accordance with European FEM materialhandling specifications and German DIN industrial standards. The whole unit adopts modular compact structure with optional lowheadroom layout, which helps make full use of workshop space and increase effective lifting height. Equipped with European threeinone drive unit and frequencyconversion control system for smooth operation with relatively low vibration and noise. The enclosed gear box adopts longterm lubrication solution for convenient daily maintenance. Multiple safety protection devices are provided, including height limit, overload protection, dualbrake protection and so on. Various working class options are available, suitable for mediumandlongterm heavyduty hoisting in machinery processing, warehousing and equipment manufacturing. It can be matched with European single/doublegirder overhead and gantry cranes.
