01 (Main Girder

●Small capacity (0.5/1/2t): I-beam & channel composite girder with light dead weight. ●3t and above: Welded box main girder with favorable structural stiffness. End carriages are welded to both ends of main girder with built-in traveling wheels; the whole crane is suspended on overhead rails.

02 End Carriage

●The crane traveling mechanism adopts conical brake motors built in end carriages with separate drive. The crane travels along overhead I-steel rails at 20~30m/min, and variable frequency speed regulation is optional.

03 FEM/DIN Standard EWN Electric Wire Rope Hoist

Electric Wire Rope Hoist to FEM/DIN Standards This electric hoist is designed and manufactured in accordance with European FEM regulations for material handling and German DIN industrial standards. Adopting modular compact construction with optional low-headroom layout, it helps maximize workshop space utilization and expand effective lifting height. Equipped with European three-in-one drive units and variable frequency control systems, the hoist runs smoothly with low vibration and noise. Sealed gearboxes adopt long-term lubrication solutions to facilitate routine maintenance. Multiple safety protections are fitted, including travel limiters, overload protection and double braking systems. A variety of working class options are available to suit medium & long-term heavy-duty lifting applications in machinery processing, warehousing, equipment manufacturing and other industries. It can be matched with European single/double girder overhead cranes and gantry cranes.
