01 Main Girder
The main girder serves as the main load-bearing structure of the double girder overhead crane, adopting a welded box-type solid web structure, including normal rail box type and deviated rail box type. The crane is equipped with two parallel main girders with prefabricated camber, which effectively compensates deflection deformation under heavy load and ensures stable operation. The main girder is fitted with maintenance walkways and safety guardrails to provide safe conditions for daily inspection and maintenance work.
02 End Carriage
End beams are transverse load-bearing components installed at both ends of the crane bridge. They connect the two main girders to keep parallel arrangement and stabilize the overall bridge structure. Wheel sets are mounted at the bottom of the end beams. Driven traveling wheels enable the whole crane to move smoothly along the track. The end beam adopts a split structure, which can be disassembled for transportation and bolt-assembled on site for convenient installation.
03 Four-rope Grab Trolley
The four-rope grab trolley is the core winch operating mechanism of the grab overhead crane. The trolley frame is equipped with two independent winch systems, including the grab hoisting mechanism and the grab opening and closing mechanism. The two sets of systems operate independently to ensure stable and orderly grabbing operation. Installed on the rails of the two main girders of the double girder crane, the lifting trolley realizes core functions such as material lifting and transverse movement. The whole machine adopts a double main girder load-bearing structure with stable overall structure and uniform stress, which reduces structural deformation during operation and maintains stable working performance. Equipped with independent hoisting and opening-closing winch mechanisms, the equipment supports smooth opening and closing of the grab and ensures stable material grabbing and unloading. The lifting trolley moves transversely along the main girder rails, while the crane travels longitudinally along the workshop rails. The three-dimensional operation mode fully covers the rectangular working area of the workshop with flexible operation and stable working efficiency. Custom grab specifications and operating parameters are available to adapt to different tonnages and various bulk material handling scenarios. 04 Grab
