01 Main Girder

The main girder serves as the main load-bearing structure of the double girder overhead crane, adopting welded offset rail box-type solid web construction. The crane is equipped with two parallel main girders with prefabricated camber, which delivers favorable rigidity and anti-fatigue performance and reduces deflection deformation under long-term heavy loads. Trolley rails are directly welded to the top of main girders to realize compact structural layout. Maintenance walkways and vertical conductor frames are installed at both ends of the main girders.

02 End Carriage

The end beam adopts a box welded structure or hollow square tube structure, integrally and precisely processed by CNC machine tools. Both ends of the end beam are equipped with traveling wheels, buffers and anti-derailment baffles. The main girder and end beam are connected by high-strength bolts, allowing split transportation and fast on-site assembly. The structure features high fitting accuracy, effectively ensuring operating coaxiality, reducing traveling deviation and improving overall operational stability.

03 FEM/DIN Standard Hoist Trolley

The FEM/DIN standard hoist trolley consists of a trolley frame and a European-style electric hoist assembly. Supported by four wheels on the main beam track, it delivers stable supporting performance. The European-style electric hoist integrates core components including lifting motor, brake, drum, steel wire rope and hook. Adopting an integrated and compact structure, the equipment saves installation space effectively. It supports two-speed or variable frequency drive with smooth and stable braking performance. Equipped with an independent variable-frequency three-in-one traveling motor, the trolley achieves excellent running smoothness and reliable anti-derailment performance to ensure safe operation.
