01 Main Girder

The main girder serves as the main load-bearing structure of the double girder overhead crane, adopting a welded box-type solid web structure, including normal rail box type and deviated rail box type. The crane is equipped with two parallel main girders with prefabricated camber, which effectively compensates deflection deformation under heavy load and ensures stable operation. The main girder is fitted with maintenance walkways and safety guardrails to provide safe conditions for daily inspection and maintenance work.

02 End Carriage

End beams are transverse load-bearing components installed at both ends of the crane bridge. They connect the two main girders to keep parallel arrangement and stabilize the overall bridge structure. Wheel sets are mounted at the bottom of the end beams. Driven traveling wheels enable the whole crane to move smoothly along the track. The end beam adopts a split structure, which can be disassembled for transportation and bolt-assembled on site for convenient installation.

03 Hoist Trolley Winding Mechanism

The lifting trolley is an important winch operation mechanism of the QC type electromagnetic double girder overhead crane. It is equipped with a main hook and an auxiliary hook as standard to adapt to diverse working scenarios. The equipment can adopt the operation mode of hanging an electromagnetic chuck on the main hook, or adopt an integrated structure of electromagnetic suspension beam and trolley, which effectively improves the operation stability and reduces the shaking and offset of metal materials during lifting. Installed on the rails of the two main girders of the double girder crane, the lifting trolley can operate flexibly transversely. Combined with the winch system to complete the vertical lifting of heavy objects, it is a key component for the crane to realize material lifting and transverse shifting, ensuring the stable and smooth overall operation of the equipment.
